Refund and Returns Policy

1. Warranty Information

  • General Products: Playfix Sensory products include a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase apart from the Bubble Tube.

  • Bubble Tube: The Bubble Tube comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranties cover manufacturing defects and faults under normal use but exclude damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

2. Faulty Products (Under Warranty)

If your product is faulty and still within the warranty period:

  • Shipping Costs: Playfix Sensory will cover the cost of return shipping for repairs or refunds.

  • Repair or Replacement: We will repair the product or replace it if repair is not possible.

  • Refunds: If repair or replacement is not suitable, you are entitled to a full refund.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at with your order details, a description of the fault, and photos or videos if applicable.

3. Products Damaged in Transit

We cannot be held responsible for any products damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage to the courier immediately.

4. Returns for Non-Faulty Products

If your product is in full working order but you wish to return it:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: A refund will be issued once the product has been inspected and deemed to meet the return criteria.

5. Exclusions

The following are not covered under our refund and returns policy:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Items damaged in transit.

  • Products returned outside the warranty period.

6. How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Product Securely: Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship the Product: Use a tracked and insured shipping service to return the product to: Playfix SensoryThe Studio, Burton Green Cottage , Burton Green , Wrexham , Wales, LL12 0AW

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault covered by the warranty.
